Electric Vehicle Charging Stations
Building 12
EV Charging Stations
We have launched a reservation system for charging stations in Building 12 – ensuring that everyone has their own time slot and a hassle-free charging experience.
How the reservation system works
Each reservation is set for a fixed 4-hour time slot – which is the average time required to fully charge a vehicle. The system is designed to make charging stations available to as many users as possible.
Important information for users
Charging stations may only be used by employees of tenants who:
✔ have received the necessary information and access chip
✔ have been instructed on how to use the charging stations
✔ have been trained by their employer
Only approved and technically compliant vehicles may be charged.
How to make a reservation
Reservations are made through the REENIO system, the same platform used for other The Park services.
1. Register and wait for approval
Please register using your company email address. Email addresses with non-company domains will not be approved.
If you register using a private email address, please contact theparklife@whitestar-realestate.com and specify which company in The Park you work for. Without verification, your registration cannot be approved.
2. Choose a time slot
Select an available 4-hour slot that suits you.
3. Arrive and charge
During your reserved time slot, arrive at the charging station in Building 12.
Operating rules
To ensure the system works fairly for everyone:
• vacate the charging space once your reservation ends – even if your car is not yet fully charged
• charge only in designated charging spaces
• do not use extension cords or use the stations for purposes other than charging
