CONSUMER COMPETITION RULES

“Win a Clima Bottle with The Park”

This document defines the rules of the consumer competition titled “Win a Clima Bottle with The Park” (hereinafter referred to as the "competition") and serves as the sole complete document governing the competition rules in relation to consumers.

1. Competition Organizer

The organizer of the competition, i.e., the entity responsible for organizing the competition and determining its course, is White Star Real Estate (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").

2. Competition Duration and Location

1. The competition will take place from February 10, 2025, to February 14, 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the "competition duration").
2. The competition will be held exclusively on the Organizer's official Instagram profile (hereinafter referred to as the "competition platform").

3. Eligibility to Participate

1. The competition is open to all individuals aged 18 and older who work for a company based in The Park Prague (hereinafter referred to as "participants").
2. The competition is not open to employees of the Organizer and their family members.
3. Participants who do not meet the eligibility criteria set out in these rules will be disqualified.

4. How to Participate

1. To enter the competition, participants must:
   • Follow the official Instagram profile @TheParkPrague,
   • Be the first to find one hidden code within The Park area,
   • Send the code’s text or a photo of the code via direct message to @TheParkPrague.
2. Each participant may enter the competition only once.
3. If a participant finds and submits a code but does not dispose of or hide it, and the same code is later found and submitted by another participant, the prize will be awarded to the first person who submitted the code via direct message.

5. Competition Prize

1. A total of 5 Clima Bottles featuring The Park's design will be awarded.
2. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or replaced with a different reward.
3. The Organizer is not responsible for any damage or harm resulting from the use of the prize.
4. The Organizer reserves the right to replace the prize with a similar item if it becomes unavailable.
5. If there are not enough valid participants, unclaimed prizes will remain with the Organizer.

6. Announcement and Prize Collection

1. Winners will be notified via private message on Instagram.
2. Winners must collect their prize at The Park Prague at the location specified by the Organizer in a private message.
3. If a winner does not meet the competition requirements or fails to respond within the given deadline, they will forfeit their prize.

7. Personal Data Protection

1. By participating in the competition and providing personal data, each participant confirms they have read and agreed to the competition rules.
2. Personal data will be processed exclusively for the purpose of administering and evaluating the competition and distributing the prizes.
3. Personal data will be stored only for the time necessary to complete the competition, but no longer than 60 days after its conclusion.

8. Final Provisions

1. The Organizer reserves the right to change the rules or cancel the competition at any time.
2. The Organizer may disqualify any participant who violates the competition rules.
3. The Organizer is not responsible for technical issues related to data transmission or access to social media.

These rules are effective from February 10, 2025, and are published on the Organizer's website.
