Just like last year, outdoor yoga classes will be offered regularly from 8am to 9am every Wednesday. Stretch your body, concentrate your mind and boost your day with yoga teacher Natálie Löwová.
Classes will be held regularly in the pond area, bring your own mat and water. In case of bad weather, the class will either be moved indoors or canceled. We will inform you of any changes via our social media channels.
Lessons are free and no registration is required. Those who register in advance will be given access to the showers in the wheelhouse of building 18. We look forward to see you!
